Associate Corporate Solicitor - 3+ PQE

Our client is one of the leading firms in Devon and Cornwall, able to offer an excellent reputation both locally and more widely across the SW region. They are an award-winning firm, also ranked highly in the Legal 500. They are looking to hire another Associate for the team, to be based in Exeter/Truro, and the ideal candidate will likely have between 3 and 6 years' PQE (though those with more experience should still enquire).

Ideally they are looking for someone with experience in M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and joint venture matters. The team is currently handling some high value, high profile deals in the region of £5million+. They have a large client base (many names of which will be familiar to you), including public and private national corporates as well as owner managed businesses.
