A well respected and long-established regional law firm with offices in Liverpool and Chester is now recruiting a Senior Private Client lawyer.
The Firm:
This LEXCEL accredited firm is one of the best mid-sized commercial firms in the region and offers a full range of legal services from corporate through to private client and family.
The Private Client team consists of 1 Partner, 2 Associates and a NQ.
The Role:
Key areas of work will include inheritance tax planning, drafting and administering trusts, estate planning and other matters involving made to high-net-worth individuals such as SME business owners and agricultural landowners.
As well as dealing with this type of work, the role will also involve mentoring and training more junior members of the team.
Applicants with upwards of five years post qualification experience are sought. There is no ceiling with regards to experience and the firm would consider a partner hire for the role.
The job itself can be based out of either Liverpool or Chester and the firm's hybrid system of working can mean that up to three days per week can be spent working from home.
The Requirements:
The successful solicitor will be an expert in private client matters and will have a passion for excellent client service.
Be department already has a large number of clients and as such a following is not necessary.
