DCM Lawyer - 6 months

Our client, a top-tier international City law firm is seeking a DCM Lawyer for 6 months to assist with a specific matter.

The DCM practice has an outstanding reputation and is highly ranked in the Legal 500. The day-to-day role will involve drafting, liaising with the client, and managing the process with the trainees and paralegals.

The successful DCM lawyer is likely to have 4+ years' experience ideally in DCM. The firm will also consider banking or M&A backgrounds if the individual is keen to move into a DCM role.

This role will be on a daily or hourly rate basis.
