The opportunity
Planning for growth Ethical Power’s legal team is now looking to recruit a further lawyer to assist with an increasingly demanding and diverse workload for its rapidly expanding ICP company, Ethical Power Connections Ltd.
Working as part of an experienced legal team you will support the independent connections business across all of its operational aspects, involving daily interface with senior members of the Ethical Power Connections teams so as to deliver on our intense and ambitious project construction programme. This will include working on contract work across a broad spectrum of matters, including development, construction and financing. Additionally there will be opportunity to support the wider Ethical Power business.
About you
You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will have experience of corporate and/or commercial transactions with the ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and build relationships effectively across the business. Previous experience of working in the energy sector is not required as full support and mentoring with be provided.
