An excellent opportunity for an experienced property real estate paralegal at a top tier city firm to assist on a high profile project initially for 1 month. 

The require a paralegal with real estate / property experience who is keen to take on a high level of responsibility and run this time-sensitive project from start to finish.

You can look forward to a range of tasks, from liaising with clients and answering queries, drafting relevant documents to dealing with the Land Registry and relevant notices.

Ideally you will have experience of the full conveyancing process and have worked in a city firm and have used Elite and Filesite. But applications are welcome from real estate paralegals who have relevant property experience at a regional firm seeking to get their first step into a city law firm. Strong academics, communication skills, attention to detail and organisational/time management skills are essential.

The real estate paralegal role is initially one month, however as there is a large real estate team at the firm, if you impress there is a strong possibility you will be kept on after the initial project is complete.

This real estate paralegal role is to start ASAP, so you will need to be available to start at no longer that a week’s notice.
