Our client, a respected and Lexcel accredited firm based in Cambridgeshire require a Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

This position will see you working closely alongside the firm’s Head of Commercial Property who will be able to facilitate excellent personal development and career progression for the right candidate.

The firm are instructed on a diverse range of commercial property matters, and as a result broad real estate/commercial property experience is desirable, in addition to the ability to autonomously work through an individual caseload. You will act for landlords, developers, pension funds and banks and will advise on acquisition and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development matters.

This opportunity is on a full-time permanent basis and has the option to include remote working for experienced candidates who are able to hit the ground running. Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors at all levels of experience. The position would be ideally suited to individuals with one to five years PQE.
