CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL - RENEWABLES - LONDON
A well respected renewables business in the renewables space is looking to grow their London based Legal team with the hire of a Corporate Legal Counsel.
For this Corporate Legal Counsel role, the business are looking for a 1-5PQE lawyer with experience of the following:
*Negotiating corporate documentation (joint ventures/shareholder agreements, term sheets, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, commercial contracts and NDAs) including for acquisitions/disposals in the UK and international markets.
*Supporting the structured finance team with corporate reorganisations and structuring considerations for innovative financing arrangements.
*Supporting new market entry and joint ventures in new countries, including incorporation of new companies, creation and transfer of business processes.
*Assisting with corporate governance requirements for the global portfolio of companies (general company law, internal shareholder arrangements and Companies Act 2006 requirements) and the development of / compliance with internal policies and processes.
*Working on corporate matters including share buybacks, IP portfolio management and reporting.

Qualified lawyers with 1-5PQE in the UK or a similar common law jurisdiction will be considered. Previous experience working with renewables businesses' is beneficial.
