Fantastic opening at this Tier 1 rated firm for an experienced company/commercial lawyer, ideally with corporate governance or charities experience to join the team. Clients include housing associations, local authorities, regulatory bodies and charities caseload will be extremely varied and include M&A work for large housing groups, joint ventures, corporate governance and some charities advisory work. This role offers genuine partnership prospects in the short to mid term due to succession planning and a dramatic upturn in work.
