Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Fee Earner or Licensed Conveyancer) is required by one of the region’s longest standing practices who is currently expanding its well-regarded Residential Conveyancing department in south Manchester.

You will have demonstrable previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• sale & purchase
• leasehold and freehold
• right to buy
• help to buy
• shared ownership
• transfer of equity

The team overall are vastly experienced, and you'll work alongside senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers and fee earners and have full support from administrators and legal assistants. You will have your own autonomous caseload of files and be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
