An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join a multi-service law firm based in Oldham. The firm has an excellent reputation in the market and a good staff retention. You will be required to have previous property (residential or commercial) experience at either legal secretarial, legal assistant or paralegal level, and be a good team player.
Duties will include drafting documents, assisting with transactions, dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone, ability to work under pressure and general administrative support. You will be required to have experience of using a case management system and excellent customer service skills.
