Perhaps one of the most well-regarded Property Litigation teams across the North West have an opening in their Property Litigation department for an ambitious and passionate Solicitor (NQ-2 years' PQE) to join their award-winning commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor passionate about Property Law and Property Litigation who wants to join a rapidly expanding and award-winning department dealing with high quality work.
You'll be an NQ-2 years' PQE solicitor, with a strong background in handling Property Litigation matters. Your new role will see you operating alongside the senior associates and Partners on a varied caseload of property litigation cases to include rent arrears, landlord & tenant act applications, possessions actions etc, on behalf of their national clientele.
You'll be a strong litigator with a sound technical background. If you are an NQ solicitor or coming up to qualification it is expected that you'll have completed a minimum 6-month seat in Property Litigation or Property law.
You'll be rewarded with a market leading salary in line with your previous experience (guideline up to £46k) and a generous benefits package.
