Commercial Property Lawyer - Our client, a UK Chambers ranked Legal 500 practice with an excellent reputation now needs a further commercial property lawyer to join their 20+ strong team at their West Kent office.
About the Role
The commercial department have a reputation for offering high quality, intelligent commercial advice on a range of matters including land acquisition and disposal, property finance, development, residential housing projects and landlord & tenant and agricultural matters. They are now seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join them.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking an enthusiastic junior solicitor who can become a vital part of the team and add value to the practice. You will need to have sat a commercial property seat during your training contract and ideally a background preferably gained from a recognised regional commercial practice or a medium to large sized London firm.
