Plot Conveyancer- Leeds
The Firm:
-Leading international practice and Legal 500 listed law firm based in Leeds city centre
-Global law firm prides itself on being innovative and entrepreneurial
-Grown significantly over the last 5 years
The Role:
-Working as part of a growing and close knit team handling a caseload of plot sales
-Acting on behalf of a specific developer handling matters from inception through to post completion
-Caseload will include: Handling contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and handling completions
-Liaising with the country's top builders face to face and over the phone
Requirements:
-Prior experience handling a residential property caseload
-Plot sales experience is advantageous not essential
-Demonstrate a strong understanding of plot sales and be confident liaising with clients regularly
