A great role for a qualified fee earner to join this excellent High Street firm based across several locations in the South Downs National Park area. With plenty of scope to develop the role and great support on hand there are many positives that will allow you to establish yourself in the region and flourish.
The firm offers the full suite of commercial and private client legal advice to a broad range of clients across the Hampshire and Sussex region and beyond. The Commercial Property team are seeking to appoint a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 1-2 years fee earning experience who is keen to develop their expertise, build a caseload and start managing their own caseload.
Your experience to date should be broad enough to be able to deal with a mixed caseload consisting commercial property sales and purchases, loans and secured lending, all aspects of Landlord & Tenant transactions including new leases, renewals and assignments and subletting, creation, release and variation of easements and covenants including restrictive and positive covenants
The firm seeks individuals who are personable, professional and confident communicators with good IT skills and preferably experience in using case management systems. The role offers a great deal of scope for both personal professional development and commercial growth and so you should be a keen advocate of business development and participating in marketing activity.
