We are working with an established West Midlands based firm who have a new opportunity for a Private Client Legal Executive to join their busy department. Based in either their Staffordshire or West Midlands office, you will be managing a varied caseload of:

• Preparation of Wills
• Estate Administration
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection

You will be a qualified legal executive and be able to manage your own caseload of general private client work.

You will also be involved in marketing and business development and must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in this.
