A leading local name in the Hampshire and Surrey legal community is seeking to add an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to the team.
Established at several sites across the Hampshire and Surrey regions the firm offers good quality legal services focused on the private individual, families, commercial interests as well as agricultural and rural matters. They have over many decades built a very sound reputation for delivering to and above expectations of what is a very loyal client base.
A new opportunity has arisen on the commercial property team for a qualified solicitor (or FCILEx equivalent). The team are looking for an individual with at least have a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a commercial property team. The team deal with a broad range of commercial and agricultural property work.
You will manage your own caseload from start to finish and therefore should be able to demonstrate competencies in self managing your own work. You will of course have all the support required when needed to tackle more complex matters and there good procedure in place to ensure your professional development is catered for. In addition a good legal support team exists to ensure you can concentrate on the matters pertinent to you managing your client outcomes successfully.
