Our client, who are a well established regional firm, are looking for a residential property lawyer for their reputable, and busy, Residential Property department. This residential property lawyer will be joining their office in Southampton.

Our client is a respected firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture.

This residential conveyancing lawyer will be able to demonstrate experience of handling residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties. Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors as well as Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who can demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and a keenness to progress.
