SUMMARY:
Locum Contracts Lawyer – Remote/London, 3+years PQE- Our client a Public Sector body based in London are looking for a Locum Contracts Lawyer for 3 months +citing challenge.

HOURLY RATE: £40 - £45 per hour INSIDE IR35

THE ROLE:
This Public Sector body based in London are currently recruiting for a locum contracts lawyer. The successful locum contracts lawyer will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and providing advice on a wide range of legal and transactional issues including a varied spectrum of agreements such as, supply and purchase agreements, licences, confidentiality agreements, research and other collaborations, memoranda of understanding, corporate documentation and consultancy agreements, regulatory issues and some IP. The locum contracts lawyer will also be responsible for updating and refreshing current policies and procedures in order to ensure that processes are as efficient as possible to enable the legal arm to work successfully.

THE LOCUM CONTRACTS LAWYER:
The successful locum contracts lawyer will have a minimum of 3 years PQE with proven experience assessing commercial risk and contracts. You will have superior organisational skills, experience in creating and managing excellent administrative systems, outstanding time management skills and ability to work alone. It is also essential that the successful locum contracts lawyer has previous experience of working within a public sector/local government environment. This role is due to commence as soon as possible and you will be required for at least the next 3 months. Please note: this role can be worked on a remote basis and does fall inside IR35.
