Are you actively seeking a new Costs Lawyer opportunity?
The Role:
A top tier Legal 500 law firm are currently looking for a Costs Lawyer to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution department in London. This role will involve working with inter party costs and solicitor/client costs work within Commercial Dispute Resolution, with duties to include, but not being limited to, conditional fee agreements, damages based agreements and litigation funding.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will have significant experience in the above, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Costs Manager and other Costs Lawyers, as well as the fee earning teams they support. Being successful in this role will require you to have a structured approach to work, able to adhere to a fixed timetable in all costs cases.
You will be able to effectively prioritise your workload and achieve targets under pressure. Excellent communication and costs negation skills are required in order to be effective at this position, the successful candidate will also have solid IT proficiency.
