Our client is a Legal 500 firm which has an outstanding reputation. This opportunity will be based in their Edinburgh office whilst having the flexibility to work from home. Due to organic growth their well-regarded and dynamic commercial team now seeks an additional commercial senior solicitor/associate to join them.
Your role will involve working on a wide variety of matters including commercial contracts, IT and IP related matters, compliance matters - data protection, brand protection, copyright, and much more! You will also be working with a broad spectrum of leading commercial clients, nationally and internationally across a range of sectors from education, financial services, energy, to food and drink and technology.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, demonstrate commercial experience gained within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team. You will thrive and enjoy working in a busy team environment where you are able to manage a busy and varied caseload whilst meeting tight deadlines.
