Interim Equity Capital Markets Solicitor Opportunity - Top City Law Firm
Our client, a city law firm with an incredibly strong reputation and recognised as a leading firm in the latest edition of the Legal 500 is currently looking to recruit an ECM Solicitor for an initial period of three months whilst they look to recruit permanently.
This firm is recognised not just for the high level of work they are often involved in but also because they still ensure they provide a personal and bespoke approach to all of their clients.
Their mid level size means they are able to field nimble teams of lawyers who are attentive, well informed about the client and give their clients a consistent experience, from matter to matter.
Our client is looking for someone with experience in the below areas:
- Initial Public offerings - particularly on AIM - London Markets
- Standard listings
- Placing agreements
- Dealing with verification
- SPA's
The firm are open to considering candidates at varying levels of PQE for this role and will offer a competitive daily rate dependant on experience.
