ASAP Start | £30 - £40 per hour
A Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked law firm is seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to support the team during an increase in their workload. Based at the firm’s West Midlands office, this is a temporary position which can be full-time or part-time.
Your New Role
The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for a busy caseload to include:
- Sales and purchases.
- Re-mortgages.
- Transfer of equity.
- New builds.
- Shared ownership.
- Buy to let.
Salary & Contract
This role is predominantly office based; however, the firm can offer an element of remote working. Those seeking part time hours are encouraged to apply.
On offer is a competitive rate of £30.00 - £40.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
