Company and Commercial Associate

My Client are a leading regional firm, looking to expand their Company and Commercial team with a talented Associate/Solicitor. They provide an excellent and flexible working environment, with great support from the Senior Associates and Partners. 

Role Overview:

• Responsible for managing a mixed caseloal
• Working to develop a caseload of small transactions where work is completed largely autonomously, and also dealing with more complex matters. 
• Deal with all various aspects of the process such as;
• Mergers and acquisitions
• MBOs
• Reorganisations and restructuring
• Shareholders’ agreements
• LLP and partnership matters
• Commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.
• Caseload to include a broad rage of cases and clients 

Person Specification:

• 3-4 years PQE
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience in dealing with a mixed caseload
• Provide clear and concise legal advice
• Able to manage time effectively

Salary will be dependent on experience
