I am recruiting for a City law firm that is looking for a corporate/M&A lawyer to join their tight knit team working directly with the Corporate Partners. The team specialises in small and mid-cap deals including venture capital and PE. Their clients come from a full range of sectors but most recently pharma, IT and tech.
My client is open to candidates being either Associate or Senior Associate level. Depending on experience they are also open to candidates who are looking for a step up into Partnership in the next few years.
The ideal candidate will have between 3-8 years PQE working on a range of corporate/M&A work at another law firm and who is looking to join a very sociable and relatively small team that will give you the opportunity to progress your career while also being able to have a life outside of work.
