Family Lawyer, Suffolk - Thriving family department in Suffolk is keen to appoint an experienced Family Fee Earner into their busy team.

JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-5 years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Will be dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy Family department of this well-established practice in Suffolk. Handling a privately funded caseload, the successful Family Fee Earner will be providing advice on domestic violence, divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements, children matters and child adoption to name but a few areas.

THE CANDIDATE:
The role requires a Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive to conduct a varied caseload of family issues including cohabitation disputes, finance, property and care proceedings. You will be required to assist the head of department and other members of the team when required as well as play an active role in the both the marketing and business development of the firm. Applications are sought from candidates with up to 5 years PQE.
