The Role
The Southampton team requires a qualified employment solicitor ideally with 2/3yrs + PQE to join them at their modern and advanced offices based just outside of Southampton. You will manage your own caseload consisting of a good mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters including:
You would ideally be a qualified solicitor currently developing your career within and employment team at a good quality regional firm or equivalent national practice with the following:

- Staff Handbooks and Policy
You would ideally be a qualified solicitor currently developing your career within and employment team at a good quality regional firm or equivalent national practice with the following:
- Be a junior- mid level respondent Employment Solicitor around 2/3 years’ + PQE
- Have respondent employment law experience from a recognised practice with a strong employment team
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be innovative and commercial in your thinking
