Top tier law firm based in the City of London is seeking a temporary corporate lawyer to assist their award winning team. The role is due to start ASAP and will last for at least 6 months.

Description
As a temporary corporate lawyer you will be expected to manage a caseload of private and public corporate M&A transactions. Having due diligence experience would be highly beneficial.
Profile
The successful temporary corporate lawyer will be qualified as a lawyer/ solicitor and have gained corporate M&A and due diligence experience at a similar leading law firm.
Job Offer
Excellent day rate. There is a possibility the role may turn permanent.
