The corporate team at this popular top 50 law firm continues to go from strength to strength and is now keen to recruit a talented corporate lawyer with ECM experience to help the team build on that success.
The team handles a mix of AIM and main market listings acting for both issuers and investment banks on IPOs, secondary fundraisings and general ongoing listed advisory work.
Given the anticipated trajectory for both the team and the group, the prospects are excellent for any corporate lawyer perhaps currently working for a larger City firm looking for a platform to make their push for partnership.
