Our client, a forward thinking and people orientated law firm, are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team in a senior capacity in January 2022.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to take on a senior position in a respectable firm, as the successful individual will inherit a caseload from the current Head of Employment who is approaching retirement.

Remote working will be available, as long as the caseload is successfully managed and the office can be attended when required.

The firm have high net worth employment clients which naturally makes this role an abundant fee earning prospect and this opportunity is well suited to either an experienced Head of Department or an individual seeking career progression, who would enjoy being mentored by the departing Head of Employment. Secretarial support will be provided.

This position is ideally suited to an Employment Solicitor with at least three years’ PQE who has the ability to autonomously complete their own caseload and to conduct their own advocacy.

The salary is negotiable and dependent on experience. The firm are easily commutable.
