Description
The key responsibilities for the CDD and Conflicts Manager will include but are not limited to the following:
- Leading and supporting the team in all client due diligence and conflict queries
- Supervising the team with client and matter risk assessments
- First point of escalation for paralegals and analysts, solving problems and deciding on what/how to action
Profile
The successful CDD and Conflicts Team manager will have come from a similar role withing a law firm. They will have a broad knowledge of the area and feel enthusiastic and confident about managing and supporting a team.
They must have the ability to work well alone and as a team and have excellent communication skills.
