Residential Property Lawyer – Our client, situated in the busy office district of Canary Wharf is now looking for a further Residential Property Lawyer to join their multi office firm.
About the Role
They are now looking for either a Solicitor or Legal executive to take over a full and busy caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, new build, right to buy, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE, solid track record, enthusiasm and who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will need to be excellent as will their communication skills. Business development will be required within the role.
