Senior Legal Counsel- Media

We are excited to be supporting our client, a Global Media Communications Agency in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel.

This is a newly created role supporting the Global Legal Director.

THE ROLE

• Providing legal advice on pitches and client renegotiations.
• Working closely with the Global Legal Director to help with the setting of strategy and policies.
• Implementing data privacy good practice.
• Advising on IP and copyright issues.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• UK Qualified solicitor.
• Experience working with contracts in the Media and/or Tech space.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• International experience.
• Good knowledge of Data Privacy and Intellectual Property.
