Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Commercial Litigation & Insolvency – leading offshore law firm - 5-7 years’ pqe – Hong Kong
This elite offshore law firm advises a blue-chip international client base on a broad range of high-profile cross-border disputes spanning matters such as shareholder and board disputes, valuation disputes, insolvency and restructuring, security and judgement enforcements, and contentious financial services matters particularly in relation to trusts and investment funds.
It is seeking an experienced UK qualified lawyer, ideally with Mandarin language skills, to play an integral part in running cases, managing client relationships and contributing fully to the firm’s ongoing business development strategy. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a smaller team, where you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility and enhance the client facing skills that are vital to the success of a senior level lawyer. You will need around 5 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience of high-value disputes gained with a leading firm, either in Hong Kong or internationally.
The role comes with a competitive package (15% tax rate), full benefits, and a relocation allowance where applicable.
Process
Interviews can take place either in person or by videoconference, depending on your location, with start dates negotiable. Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas and relocation, including temporary accommodation on arrival.
