Opportunity to do complex international commercial litigation in a picture-perfect Caribbean location. British Virgin Islands

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution lawyer to join the BVI office of a well-known offshore practice. Joining a firm that has a reputation for excellence in handling contentious work, you will be part of a small team and will work closely with some of the most respected litigators in the market. You will be heavily involved from the off, advising major international clients on a wide range of BVI litigation, spanning commercial, insolvency and financial services disputes. This is hands-on and complex work that will be professionally very rewarding for the right person, whilst offering a complete change of lifestyle outside of the office.

You will be qualified in England & Wales (required for work permit reasons) and the role is likely to suit a Barrister or Solicitor with up to eight years’ relevant experience gained from a good commercial law firm or barristers chambers.

Process

Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically four to six months later. Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas and relocation, including temporary accommodation and car hire on arrival.
