Non-Contentious Construction

LAW Absolute are working with a US law firm who are looking for a Construction paralegal to join them initially on a 6month FTC.

You will be focusing predominately on non-contentious construction work and real estate development.

This is a great opportunity to work with partners and senior associates of the team and have a great deal of responsibility.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• JCT contracts,
• Appointments,
• Warranties,
• Variety of ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have gained a minimum of a years’ experience as a non-contentious construction paralegal.
