Transactional Manager/Paralegal

LAW Absolute are currently working with a top 50 law firm who are currently looking for a Transaction Execution Manager to join their Banking & Finance team.

You will be assisting on all aspects of the implementation of transactions.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for all transaction Conditions Precedent,
• Implement the transactions including document collation, bibling and post completion matters,
• Liaising with clients and counterparties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level. Experience as a Paralegal/Transaction Manager is essential.

It is highly desirable if you have gained experience within Banking & Finance or Real Estate Finance.

This is a career role and not intended for transitioning to a training contact.
