This firm are currently looking to add an experienced paralegal to their busy Corporate and Commercial team, focussing mostly within Employment and Corporate work. Most of the successful candidate’s workload will include cases involving: Advising on employment disputes (this tends to be of high value), transactions from both mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and private equity investment. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in either one or both of these areas to work closely alongside fee earners and over time build and progress their career. The ideal candidate will:

Have received a minimum 2:1 degree
Have experience in these areas of law in either a private practice or in-house environment
Have advanced IT skills and experience using a case management system
Be able to manage their time effectively
