THE ROLE

For a KDL (Knowledge Development Lawyer) ideally with real estate finance as well as banking and general finance experience.

Your role will be to produce high quality knowledge content for use internally and externally, and act as a sounding board for partners on legal issues.

You will join the Finance Department KM team where knowledge management and client service are strategic priorities.

This role will explore opportunities for bringing together technology, people, and processes to provide cutting-edge KM support to partners and associates in the market leading Real Estate Finance team as well as the Banking and Finance Department.

They will involve, inter alia, developing and maintaining a knowledge infrastructure for REF and Banking and identifying new ways of sharing expertise with others.

You will also work with the Firm's legal knowledge engineers to automate appropriate template documents and oversee and help design technical internal REF and Banking training programmes for UK lawyers and, where appropriate, deliver training to lawyers.

ABOUT YOU

Your experience may be as a real estate finance lawyer or real estate or finance KDL/PSL.

In either case you will have a track record of developing ideas for better leverage of collective wisdom at a strategic level, or as a senior fee-earner in REF/Real Estate/Finance, looking for a new challenge.
