Corporate Associate/Senior Associate

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (2021 newly qualifieds should apply) with substantial and broad corporate law experience, and the drive, confidence and decisiveness to explore, understand, draft and finalise complex arrangements in order to deliver the right results.

You will have a range of M&A and joint venture experience including some of the more complex corporate transactions if you are at senior associate level. You will be interested in the design and implementation of corporate, structures used for joint ventures; investment structures; real estate holding vehicles (including partnerships, trusts and offshore entities). Experience of undertaking complex due diligence exercises (and issuing a report on the key findings) would also be useful if you are more experienced.

You will have specific experience in or an interest to specialise in indirect/corporate real estate. The firm has an exceptionally strong real estate client base and as a result this corporate team are instructed on very large, strategic real estate transactions that involve one or more corporate (or other) entities and there is regularly an international aspect. Experience of international and cross-border transactions would as a result be an advantage if you are at senior associate level.

You will be a key member of the team, working on a variety of corporate aspects to their projects and working closely at times with their tax and financial services specialists. You will work closely with, and report directly to, the partners in the team and will have the support and encouragement of other experienced team members.
