You will be joining an extremely high profile international brand which is achieving an ever expanding market share, customer reach and global footprint.

Role

This is an extremely broad and diverse in-house role, allowing you to be exposed to all levels of the business from the off.  You will manage the global legal affairs for this organisation and manage several direct reports internationally.  You will report into the C-Suite.

You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package including stock and bonus.

You

You will be a qualified Solicitor in the UK, Australia or New Zealand or a qualified Attorney in the USA with approximately 8+ years' PQE.  Please note that you must also have all of the following to be considered for this role:

- a range of prior experiences drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

- significant prior in-house experience.

- experience of managing direct reports/leading a team.

- significant prior experience working specifically within the online/internet ordering/home delivery sector (with a preference for food delivery).
