White Collar Crime Solicitor

My Client is a long established and well-regarded full-service firm, who are looking to expand their WCC and Fraud department with a talented Senior Associate/Solicitor. You will be part of a dynamic team, working with talented Partners across the UK.

The Role:

• Managing a mixed caseload involving criminal and regulatory enforcement proceedings
• Advising individuals and corporate bodies on large multi-jurisdictional cases involving fraud, corruption, corporate investigations, bribery and other elements of White Collar Crime or contentious financial services. 
• Undertaking HNW cases
• Undertaking an active role in marketing and business development

Person Specifications:

• 8+ years PQE
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Own following an advantage
• Highly skilled in oral and written communication
• Excellent credentials

Salary will be dependent on experience
