RTA Fraud Litigation Executive / Fee Earner - Manchester

RTA Fraud Legal Executive / Fee Earner - Manchester (UK) - This highly regarded national firm is looking for an experienced fee earner. Whilst RTA Fraud experience would be ideal, they would also like to hear from those with general personal injury experience.

Role and responsibilities

  • Job title: Litigation Executive

  • Salary: to £28,000 (depending on experience)
  • Reports to: Partner / Head of RTA Fraud
  • Experience: defendant RTA fraud experience is preferable, though claimant expertise will be considered as well as general personal injury experience.

Prior experience in RTA Fraud work

As a result of an increase in workload, the Manchester-based insurance fraud team is looking to hire an experienced fee earner. Candidates are encouraged to apply who either have proven defendant insurance fraud experience or general personal injury experience.

Prospective candidates should ideally demonstrate experience in defendant personal injury, notably RTA Fraud, or fast track RTA. Applications will also be considered from strong candidates with a claimant background who wish to make the switch to defendant work.

This is a busy personal injury team who handle a considerable amount of defendant fraud work for some of the country's leading insurers. As well as the requisite skill set, you will need to be able to:

  • work under pressure in a busy environment;
  • work independently as well as in a team environment;
  • possess excellent attention-to-detail; and
  • instruct and guide the more junior members of the team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work thoroughly yet efficiently. The defendant fraud team of this firm is at the forefront of this area of personal injury law and seeks out the best candidates to join its ranks.
