An award-winning full-service commercial law firm has an opening for an experienced senior Solicitor to join their Civil Litigation department in Greater Manchester. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor (5 years PQE+) who has a solid background in Civil & some Commercial Litigation to join a highly regarded and reputable law firm based out of their Wigan office.

You'll deal with your own portfolio of Civil Litigation files including some commercial matters:

• Misrepresentation claims
• Consumer rights
• Finance litigation
• Construction claims

You will be a confident litigator and have experience dealing with a varied caseload. You'll have support from the wider department and legal assistants within the team.
