This high calibre large Legal 500 firm is recruiting into their litigation team in Exeter. 
 
In this role you will work closely with a reputed partner and handle a range of legal expense backed disputes including property litigation, construction disputes and consumer contract disputes.

These disputes are largely backed by Legal expense insurance, and therefore knowledge of working with LEI clients is required.

You will be both acting for claimants, and defendants (the insurer) so good knowledge of LEI is needed, unless you have a mixed claimant and defendant background.

This vacancy will suit a solicitor from newly qualified up to 3 years' PQE. Legal Executives will also be considered.

You will also assist the partners and other senior solicitors with more substantial disputes.

It is important you understand LEI work and can build lasting business relationships with your insurer clients.
