Construction Solicitor
North East
This multi-service North East commercial practice are looking for an experienced contentious construction Solicitor to join their recognised and respected construction team. The firm have gone from strength to strength over the last few years really establishing themselves as a key commercial firm in the region.
The role is suited to an experienced contentious construction Solicitor who has experience of dealing with a variety of construction related disputes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of specific construction and engineering contracts including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC.
The team is small but extremely busy with ambitious growth plans. As a result the right candidate should have a keen interest in and have a track record of building and maintaining client relationships, of being involved in business development, as well as have enough experience to be able to hit the ground running, work autonomously and with minimal situation. With this in mind the right person will likely have 5 years + PQE although those with less who can display the above would also be of interest.
The firm is a friendly, and modern place to work whilst still being professional and commercial in nature. There is a nice balance here of work and having a life outside of work.
The package on offer is dependant on experience but extremely competitive in the market.
