A leading technology business is looking to bring on board a Legal Counsel to join its team.
This exciting position is to work on high-value and complex technology and commercial deals, operating autonomously on projects with key people within the business.
The role would ideally suit a qualified solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE, who has enjoyed top private practice training and post-qualification experience within TMT, technology, or corporate teams. Any subsequent in-house experience would be an advantage.
This position is currently remote, with plans to become a hybrid working role in due course.
