Description
You'll principally be responsible for:Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts on both the customer and supply side, in collaboration with colleagues across the business and getting involved in wider commercial issues where necessary and appropriateProviding legal advice across all parts of the business in a pragmatic, proportionate, commercially aware and concise mannerAdvising the legal team and the wider business on new and proposed legislation, regulation and guidance, identifying risks to the business and benefits that can be leveragedReviewing, improving and challenging documentation and processes and proactively identifying and minimising risks to the businessProfile
A 2-5 year qualified lawyer with:Broad commercial law and contracts experience (including data protection)Prior in-house experience at another large company would be advantageousIdeally some corporate experienceA proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders of differing seniority to achieve outcomesAn ability and desire to work in a fast paced, change environmentA willingness to step outside of your comfort zone and try new thingsAn interest in increasing efficiency through the use of technologyJob Offer
