Contract Manager opportunity for a fluent Swedish speaker - based in London.

Our client, a global recruitment company, is seeing a Swedish-speaking Contract Manager to join their legal team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Business Partner, the Contract Manager's primary responsibilities will be to support all Swedish product lines, through the contract formations, contracts negotiation, signature and document control, renewal, and post signature contracting processes.

Responsibilities:

Key contract management responsibilities:
* Primary point of contact for all supplier contract queries.
* Business risk management and contract compliance.
* Management and negotiation of Staffing Supplier Agreements, Staffing Supplier Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements, Staffing Supplier Data Protection Agreements and Third-Party Administrator Agreements.
* Ensure all contract related queries are analysed and replied to within agreed SLAs.
* Assist in the administration and negotiation of technology partners' agreements (and modifications) as needed.

General Contractual Support:
* Provide support to various other teams in negotiating contracts for new clients
* Partner with Commercial Business Partners / Contracts Manager for any/all contract escalations.
* Ad Hoc:
* Draft contacts and ensure proper contract language with the direction and support of legal counsel
* Collaborate with Financial Operations, Commercial Business Partners, Compliance team, Implementations, etc, to ensure streamlined support of all existing Client expansion opportunities.

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
* Excellent contracts drafting and negotiations skills
* Appropriate risk management experience.
* Strong knowledge of the staffing and related industries is preferred.
* Ability to thoroughly read and understand legal documents.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to be client and industry facing.
* Ability to travel as required.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
* Ability to manage complex processes to tight deadlines.
* International business experience a plus ability to grow and evolve as the business expands.
* Proficient in operating as a collaborative partner with executive level, field staff and external clients

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and/or Experience:
* Previous contracts management experience is necessary.
