Paralegal

Well- renowned national retailer is seeking a commercial property paralegal to join their legal team of five.

The company has a great culture with flexi times on offer. This is a brilliant position to work directly with senior lawyers and develop your experience further.

The role will involve:

• Dealing with Leases, licences, agreement for lease and licences for alterations
• Completing and reviewing searches and title
• Processing and submitting SDLT forms
• Preparing applications to the land registry

Must haves:

• Minimum of 6 months of commercial property experience
• Can work towards tight deadlines and under pressure
• Happy to work in the office
• Available to start work on short notice
