The role of Legal Counsel will support all commercial activities of the UK Business as well as take on a wider legal remit for a particular business unit.
Profile
Suitable candidates for the role of Legal Counsel will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong technical experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience in competition law is beneficial.
